North Korean Gothic

The Drudge Report has linked to an article citing the rise of power and influence of North Korean First Sister, Kim Kyong-Hui. Apparently the 64 year old woman has seen an increase in her day-to-day responsibilities around the country.
Honestly, I have no comment on the article, but the picture of the Kims Drudge chose to display looked a little familiar:
